Now that's what I'd call a good bit of web engineering. I especially love the background.
I would also commend the fading images which you have included. Not only do they look good, but are a massive bonus in terms of accessability. A lot of designers would resort to flash for something like this which, of course, would be slow and inefficient. But the use of what I'm going to assume is a DHTML/Javascript based operation (I haven't actually taken a look at the script - no time) improves speed and makes the images universally available. Nice one!
I actually surprised myself slightly when I found something which I thought could be improved. It's probably just me being picky, but I found that the image of the mobile phone on the Contact page was a bit distorted. When the picture's displayed against the rest of the site with it's smooth, flawless feel, the image looks out of place.
Apart from that very small point, I see absolutely nothing wrong with the website. In fact, I think it's an excellent achievement.
