Well to be honest the pink color is used mainly by adult sites. But your design is very good. I specially liked the filter that you have in your divs allowing them to be almost transparent. I knew this feature in IE but not in Mozilla. I am going to copy it

Only a few sites in dark colors that I see looks elegant and yours is one.

The design is sleek and appealing to the eyes that see beauty in unique things.

coding is good as well as the design
make the top left image fixed.
use a big font size for the main heading

if you have already designed websites, disply their images on the main page or in web design page

Gray type on a black background has beauty, and it's trendy, but it's not as readable as white on black.

I would do more with your DesignBit logotype, such as increasing the font size, to set it off from your other h1 headlines.

I wouldn't have known it was a WordPress blog if you didn't tell me - it's not a run of the mill design.

Nice choice of colours. My only gripe is that I barely saw the search box (actually only saw it by accident). You might want it to be slightly more obvious as it is a useful feature, especially on blogs.

I have to agree with what bizops say, the only gripe I had was the difficulty in seeing the search box.

As an aside, are you purposely shying away from adsense or other ad revenue services? Just found it interesting that you had none up?

nice site. i like the design. the only gripe i have is that the pink is a little loud. maybe try a darker color like green. nice content though.

It is very good, I really like it, if you were to change something I would change the pink, but it's not that bad.

Very pretty, I like it alot! Neat and clean look. Only thing is, after I left, I couldnt tell you what it represented. It didn't leave any specific impression of what it is about other than a place to read. I would suggest one visual item that leaves a good first impression on the reader before they actually read. A picture that before the reader reads one word they all ready know the kind of place they have arrived to. Just my two cents.

An excellent site, truely original and classy style. Lighten the text above the search box, it's almost unreadable.

How about putting some more content below your nav stuff in the right hand div (I asume it's a div).

Or some google ads or an RSS feed from somewhere like the BBC, they do an excellent technology feed.

I could let you have my home-made PHP feed reader if you wanted.
