the text in the top banner is not so clear because of the background
google ads are so dominating as they are placed at the center of the site.
also there are too many of them on the site.
place the main content at the center of the site and move the google ads to the side columns

Header color is too grey for me. Also the fonts in the left hand menu are not the best IMHO

The overall is nice!

Site for adsense ads... that is my first impression...
