I am looking on some feedback on a project that I have been working on. Let me know what you think about the site design, logo design, and membership seal design. Also, I would appreciate feedback on usability as well as functionality.

the colors are very nice
logo is good
make the color of the links dark because on a light background, dark color will be good for text and links.
I agree with crush, the link colors need to be a bit darker, as they are hard to read. I'm not a big fan of link exchange sites, but your design and originality with the graphics are good.

Well your banner website lacks design and in my opinion needs a better header design as well as a logo. The two banners in your header are off, one is higher then the other. Other then that I think your site needs some sort of member directory or list.
