I will not rate your site but rather give you some advice:
- Get rid of the stock photo, it makes your site look like a template. Just post a photo of yourself, since it's your personal website.
- Remove the div at the top of the page and all that text next to the photo... keep it simple, just the logo and a tagline. ("Marcin, your PHP programmer" or whatever")
- Speaking of which, the logo needs a bit more work under several aspects but the main thing is: reduce the line height, ie. the distance between your first and last names.
- Consider using several shades of gray and/or add one or two livelier colors to the site.
- Use a larger font for the menu and/or darker colour since it's hard to read.
Overall though, it's a pretty nice looking site.
