Three words for ya:
LOSE THE TURKEY.
(Or at least that annoying gobbling noise. IT INTERRUPTED WEIRD AL! THE BLASPHEMY! THE HORROR!)
Your biggest immediate issue is that of motion. The human eye is naturally drawn to motion, but when five things move at the same time (e.g. on your opening page), then the human brain becomes confused. What's important? What isn't? One, maybe 2 things should move at the most. Not 5.
I do realize that this is your first site, so I realize you're not going to have a lot of experience in this regard. But you HAVE to, HAVE to, HAVE to get rid of that cart. Prebuilt shopping carts generally don't work (your short-term success notwithstanding) because they create issues of poor code, inconsistent navigation, and inflexibility when it comes to customization. Your cart not only does all three of these things, but it also comes with Traffic Leech v. 1.0, also known as a hyperlink embedded on every product page that says
Commerce enabled by WebStore .
Shopping cart programmers, designers, SEO types, and others that do this deserve the Beer for My Horses:
Take all the rope in Texas
Find a tall oak tree
Round up all of them bad boys
HANG 'EM HIGH IN THE STREET
FOR ALL THE PEOPLE TO SEE!
All these people are doing is leeching direct (customer) and indirect (search engine PR/outbound link) traffic from your site, and you probably paid for their right to do so. That's pure, unadulterated BS on their part, and you shouldn't have to deal with it.
You would be very well served to learn a programming language (either PHP or ASP) and build your own cart. Besides really learning a language (which will serve you in very good stead later on), you'll be able to build something customizable and that meets the needs of your company.
Simply put, shopping cart software S-U-C-K-S, sucks, sucks, sucks, sucks, SUCKS! Did I mention that it SUCKS? Yeah, you get the idea.

I before E except after C, such as the C in Receive.
Next issue...you have next to no plain text on your opening page. Besides being a faster load than graphics, it's better from a search engine standpoint because search engines use plain text to figure out what a page is all about. You NEEEEEED the plain text.
Next issue: your copyright line is almost illegible. Make it plain text too, if you can.
Basically, I think you've got an okay start. You just haven't got an okay website yet, and you got a bunch of work ahead of you.
