I like your Site layout.
Found colors to be OK.
The icons along the bottom of the page seemed a little under developed.

I think it's a fountain of misinformation created by an SEO follower who blindly accepts whatever popular theories are out there without questioning them or researching them himself to find out if they're dated or even remotely true and with no idea of what he is talking about.

In other words, there's nothing original on this site, there is a lot of false information on this site (specifically, dynamic URLs vs. static and the idea of link exchanges), and it's of no use to anyone in its present state.

Im not sure I agree with all of your information. But, I think the color scheme is interesting. The only thing I would probably get rid of after a first glance would be the gradient header.

colors look dull.. images at the bottom, are not sharp..

The bottom links are quite hard to see as they are a similar color to the background which is not really any good to the visitor.
