Website Review and Suggestions

I am new to this create your own website. I am using Open Realty Open Source software and is pretty basic but I have the bulk of info I need. I am adding virtual tours and a couple more pages. How could I make this site more eye catching without slowing it down from loading??

The site is nice, but i guess that selling (and showing) homes requiere some more work on the visual area (more design) to look as a company and not a personal site.
