Its ok but right side Navigation is very poor

Modified the navigation buttons a little , should be better.

all essential functions can access though the header menu.

More response ?

I would change the top navigation links to look more like buttons , it looks wierd the way it is now, and perhaps make the navigation stand out , perhaps with a different background color.

I find it quite hard to navigate through the site. Maybe try to have different colors for the navigation boxes?
