I like this.

You've put alot of work into this and it works well.

Just a couple of comments - Look at your headings - rather than just bolding your haedings, actually use a <h1> tag and see how it sits over your text. Also look at line spacing - I personally prefer my paragraph text to be spread out more.

Really though, you should be pleased with this - it feels like a proper website..

It's also got me thinking about buying a property out there? Do you live in Bulgaria?

Hmm... the logo and the bulgalia text is a little low-rez, try improving it.

Its a good site, looks professional and that alot of work has gone into it. Only thing is the logo with the union jack, maybe an ordinary one which is a bit sharper.

good layout but the Links at the end are bit clustered

the design is good
the images are nice
at the bottom there are invisible keywords, search engines may spot them
make the color of the navigation darker
