Concept: A moderated Social Network of sorts, a "Consumer Reports" ranking engine for the Self Help, Personal Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Building, Inspiration, Motovation Guru's. A Democratic review by the people who spend a lot of $$$ on Guru training.

Market: Small Business and Entrepreneurs,
Value: Free podcasts and information by the guru's. Instant access to success based tools. Community feedback on their experience with the different guru's.

Need to do:

Drive Traffic
Optimize pages
Get more interviews (call me if you are a guru, many of my audience require web skills)
Professionally produce and edit podcasts
Need to master word press
Write articles
Transcribe podcasts
Need to get jamming on Technorati and the other tagging engines
Need to do my own tags
Need to write a newsletter

Your website looks very professional. The front page is very simple and well designed.

The bottom right of the website is a little empty with a lot of white space, you may want to consider putting something there.

the right side column seem to be out of its place becasue the top banner is not above it
place the search box in another position.
viewing in opera, it appears to be out of its place.
the tools on the site are interesting.
