Website Review and Suggestions

I have made a new website for webmasters. I have had a couple hundred hits and got banned from my previouse ad service for clicking my own ad twice. Please check my site out and would realy apreciate it if you would click an ad or 2. Thanks. PLEASE TELL ME ANY WAYS TO IMPROVE. Don't be afraid to tell me if it sucks i will take no offence cause i work on it around 1 i the morning every day when i am not busey. AND NO IT IS NOT ON FREE WEBS IT IS BRINKSTER. MY FREIND TRIED TO ARGUE ME FOR ABOUT AN HOUR ABOUT IT.

Tips and Tricks:
- Never click on your own Ads!

Use some <b></b> in your tips section and highlight the important words.

I'm not too fond of the large header, you may also run into some copyright problems with using the IE and Netscape icons.

Its not to bad, I like the header. But the layout did not make me want stay and read the tips.
