Your navigation is kind of scattered and hard to find inbetween all the ads. If I was a person visiting your site I would guess that the whole purpose of the content was just to display ads which would make me leary of trusting any of your content.
Seems to be the norm now days for people making sites that are free but you still want to generate some income. I would say that your site looks fine but you should reconsider all the ads. If you cut the ads back on your site I believe you may increase your income from the ads because people will not be so irritated with the ads. For me personally if I was not looking to critique the site I would have closed it immediately because of the ads in the center column at the top... right where people would expect to see the main content of your site is ads. At a minimum I would get rid of those ads. The rest are not so distracting for me but those ones are horrible. I would also consider getting rid of some more but the ones in the center have got to go.....
