excellent.
the design is very good
this is one of the best designs i have seen in the recent time.
the designs in the portfolio are also very good
menu is nice
i think the term "wicked" may denote some negative meaning.

The design is good (if it is yours and not a template).

But once again I see style sheets but then all the content is put in to tables I don't understand this?

Very, very nice and clean. The use of Flash is also well executed. You don't really need anyone to review your site. I'd say it's flawless.

Ditch the pre-made template, make your won design up and god dam learn how to write basic HTML then I will give your site a review.

I have to agree with Twiggy.

It's all tables.. bleeahh. Why bother with CSS if you're going to use old, deprecated code and nested tables ?

You have no DOCTYPE, and tons of errors

You also have used the <embed> for the Flash.. which is going to cause IE users a LOT of problems, your flash won't even show up until an IE user clicks twice to 'activate' the active content. Learn to use another method for adding active content to your site. Several methods are listed here:

Don't want to sound to harsh but if you want to project the image of 'pro web design' then I think you need to start coding like one and making your own unique templates.

I admit, for one, I use parts from other peoples ideas and combine them in to mine, but if you want to look professional then I suggest you sort your code out and design your own site.
