Website Review and Suggestions

At this point, my main worry is whether or not the content of my website is quality or not. I could toot my own horn all day long, but I would really like feedback from other people.

To the validation of the website, it'll probably show up with a few errors, which I intend to fix once I have settled on an appropriate amount (what number is ever an appropriate amount of content, anyway :P)

So let me know what you think. About the blog entries, about the digital art, about the photography. Anything and everything.

Viewing the website in IE6 the content in the center column is off.

Wondering why your using the splash page?

It seem that there too many script error. Overall I do like the splash page, the design from what I can see is ok, but was not able to completely load your site though

Hy i hav one problem plz help me out? i am developing a project in vb and access but after entering the records above 1500 in database the records are being deleted automatically.plz say does access hav any limitation for accomodating data or alternatively what's the solution?

I like your site I think its laid out very well. When I went to the site it took me a little while to figure out what your site was all about. Maybe you could put something on the main page summarizing what the sites all about?

Or I'm blind and just missed it! =) But good job and keep up the good work

Again, it's fine - it's controlled by Wordpress - so you could possibly be checking it out RIGHT at the moment I'm updating, but I don't see that to be a problem.

Anyway, it's working. It's been working.

I took a look at your site. For your type of site I questioned the need for a separate entry page. We do have one at our site but it has caused problems with search engines.

I found the gray and blue fonts on your site difficult to read. I was pleased to see that you could click on the thumbnails to see the images in a larger size. I congratulate you on asking for opinions.

Thank you for that information.

To the search engine problems - I would rather rely on word of mouth and positive endorsement from other websites and webmasters than a random click on a search engine.

The gray and blue fonts on the site may not be easy to read to a certain demographic, but usually when people have sight problems, they have compensation via built in software and settings from Windows. I'm not saying I'm rigid on the colour scheme, just that right now it works.

Thank you for your thoughts on this subject and they have been taken into account and have gotten my thoughts going on what could possibly be fixed, if need be.

Kill the intro screen, it takes away from your site. But in all you have a great site with lots of content. Also you have some really cool features, especially when you click on the images, cool.. kill the intro page

I'm kind of in a bind with the splash page actually - and that is moving my wordpress installation over to the root folder without damaging it.. so.. anyway, I'll try to figure something out. Thanks for the compliments and suggestions

Hi,
The layout is fairly basic, you may want to add some light graphics to the background to liven it up a bit.

I would also suggest you add some Technorati tags to boost the blogs recognition; I was also wondering what your blogs focus was.

Recommendation: If your looking to generate income from advertising and Google Adsense, these should be placed above the fold not at the very bottom or you can work Adsense into the side-bar under recent post using either 125x125 or 120x240 Adsense Ad.
