Visually, a very striking design.
Like WebFu said though, the header is too big - you don't want visitors having to scroll down the page because of an unnecessarily large header.
Also the menu is too big and takes up too much space which could be used to display more content to the right of it.
It would also be nice if those three balls at the bottom right of the main content pane were links or had functions.
