I am attempting to utalize myspace to boost traffic:

To a main site:

However, my ultimate goal it to become listed in Wikipedia's Internet Phenomena article...

To do so, I must boost my Alexa rating.

How would boosting your alexa ranking help?
Anyway, To boost you alexa ranking you need more traffic from peopole who have the alexa toolbar installed.

The wikipedia article only contains sites with Alexa ratings above 100,000. This article generates a great deal of traffic.
