I see what vinxxv is talkin about and I'm using IE - I'm running 1024x768 and just happened to not have my browser maximized, and the content was below the left-hand menu bar. You'll definitely want to get that sorted.
I'm liking the color scheme though, but I have mixed feelings on that purple star. You pretty much already warned us about the content, but I think you might want to run that content by a spell-checker. I didn't look through the whole thing, but two sentences in, you have "...can see from th attached..." -- missing an 'e' somewhere in there.
Another suggestion - you have a link to your e-mail address on your menu bar, but when a user clicks it, it takes them to your contact form. I think I would either make that a "mailto:" link so people can actually use your e-mail, or replace it with a "contact me" link.
I would recommend the latter, and put your e-mail address (with a proper "mailto:" link) somewhere in your contact form page, and give people the option.
I would use center-alignment sparingly - I think some of the other folks on this forum will back me up on this one... Using it in important content-rich areas like what you're doing, is not viewed as very professional. Maybe just center your headings and left-justify the rest. Trust me it'll read a lot better.
Hope this helps!
