Lose that background as fast you you possibly can.

Alright, it's really not all that bad. But if you have a lower resolution screen setting you won't see it anyway so there's no use in making me load it.

Get your content off of the left side of the browser. It's really simple to do, and I can help you out with that if you need it.

Get rid of the need to scroll ont eh 'About Us' page. Just make it so I can see all of the stuff at once about each person. Especially that second one, where scrolling doesn't lead to anything anyway.

And on the 'Privacy Policy' page, it's not a big deal if I have to scroll down the screen to read. It is a big deal if I have to scroll down part of a DIV. I really wish you weren't able to do that, because it's just as bad as frames.

The bigger version of the picture is cool, but serves no purpose. If I'm reading and my mouse happens to go over the picture, I can't read anymore. Why is that?

Thanks waffles for review:P
The background was for wider screens 16:9 -lol. I will lose it.
The page is stuck in the left side of the screen because i can`t place a gradient background - the pages have different heights.
About the scrolls, i`ll let the client decide Between you and me, noone reads the privacy p.:P The about us i`ll make the overflow hidden and increase the div`s height a bit.
About the pictures - the client wanted the pictures bigger, but they look bad on my small design. So i came with that. Actually the effect is for staff pictures, but i used it for all other pictures... just for fun
Thank you for review - talkocupation added.

On the services page, isn't the girl trying to put the contact in backwards? Something like doesn't look right the way it's going back out away from the center at the top like that.

I love the general design and feel. The various glasses with reflections are a nice touch.

For suggestions, I would play around with your text alignment. For instance, on the front page, I'm not sure that a centered quote is stronger than a left or right aligned version. Also, does it need italics? I find italics difficult to read unless they are in graphic form, or printed.

Also, does the navigation benefit from the right alignment? Does there need to be the dotted lines separating them, or is this redundant? That goes for all the dotted lines around the site.

There are many ways to separate content without putting a border or line around it. This is usually what we default to when we can't figure out a better way.

For instance, the very space around text can server to separate content on a page, in an elegant way.

Good luck. Like the site!
