Despite what I think about these type of sites, I'll give you a good review.
It's weird to see it load in peices like it does. Not sure what you can do about that though.
The google ads on the bottom are just plain ugly. See if you can change their color, because it hurts my eyes trying to read what they say on the red like that.
Get rollovers in your navigation. I shouldn't have to guess if I'm actually on the link or not. Change colors, something. But it needs to be there.
I'm not sure if English is your first language or not, but when you use English there is either one or two spaces after a period to start the next sentance. Go fix that, because right now it looks like a robot written scam.
Spidered is a real word, no reason to put it in quotes.
Overall, I like the look of it. Not something I'd come back to probably, but that's only because I know that people 'see' your site just long enough to get credit built up so others can 'see' their site and they can say that they get a higher number of visitors.
