The bottom of the page looks a bit cluttered, I think two columns would be ok but a third one is an overkill.

The flash is very instructive for new users but must have taken long time to load for dial-up users...

Nice looking site. Very professional looking but it took a long time for everything to finally load up. And there is a bit too much happening on the screen. Things flashing all over the place.

I would strongly urge you to run your site thru the validator - it is a mess of errors.
If you're going to use XHTML as your DOCTYPE, you MUST close EVERY tag, and that includes the meta tags.

your XML sitemap is invalid. need to add
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<urlset xmlns="http://www.google.com/schemas/sitemap/0.84">

</urlset>

Also this sitemap is not for users. So no need to link to the main page.
Just submit to google through google account...

I like your layout and colour scheme.
You asked where to validate your code go to http://www.w3.org/ and select validators from the left hand menu.
