Website Review and Suggestions

This is my first ever website and it is Wordpress based. I am trying to take the blog feeling out of it and make it a big website. Unlimited Visuals is a graphic Design, tutorial, off-topic, artwork showoff website and I am trying to implement as many good things as possible into it. For example to attract more people, I decided to make a signature contest and the winner will get his signature and his information such as his website on the front page. I would really appreciate some feedback. Thank You.
