The design is somehow strange. But I really like it. The only problem is the contact form. If you're going for the cool web2.0 look, maybe you can use an ajax submitted form. You can use a javascript framework to achive this easier, such as prototype of jQuery.

The design is so CSS! And I like it. I'm currently redesigning my site and I was hoping for a similar outcome. Well, it came out differently. I'll post it for review when I come back from holiday.

One thing though... I find it VERY confusing to navigate away and back to the index page. That's because your header is much bigger on the index page than the rest of your site. It makes the navbar position change too much.

I agree,

on index page, I'd slim down the header to same size of other pages.

also, on same index page, why not bump up the "news" higher on page

I really need some ideas, I am not sure what to do with the content boxes. Should they have the gray background color they have now? Or should they have no background color.

I am just not sure what to do

Hi,

I really like the design. I would make the header the same on all pages so that the navigation bar doesn't jump up. The gray background looks ok, the text comes out nice.
