I make little changes to the look almost daily. I know the look is really...off/"interesting"- lol. Also, just to let you know, there is a staff section. It's private and only visible to staff members. There's a "Contact Us" button as well at the top left of the page. People have had trouble finding it before so I thought i'd mention it.

The top looks great. All the text colors completely throw me off and made me want to leave. Darker blues don't work well with blue gradients. Please get rid of the double borders around navigation. Also the green dots in the navigation don't fit. Blue, green, orange, and white definitely don't go along with each other. Drop the orange and green. (You might be able to get away with some orange but not as text).
Besides that it's great.

I've seen your work in the past; the banner you have now is one ugly Mutha -- you've really gone downhill over the past few months as far as design, IMO.
