The color combination and explanation seems good to me. Though the game for me is pretty hard to understand.
At a very first go I just din't find any clickable link and thought the site is under construction but then after a while the main game appeared. I guess you should add one link on the front view leading to game without any wait if clicked. Otherwise it sounds great, good work buddy.
