You asked specifically about search engines.
First off, the code fails
validation as XHTML 1.0 Strict, as defined in the page header. Fix that, either by conforming to the strict, or changing it to transitional, or whatever you need to do to comply with some web standard.
You're already listed on Google, so no need to go submitting. (Personally, I'm not too bothered with the other search engines. If you're not listed on
DMOZ, make a plan to get listed.)
Make sure you research your keywords and include them in your text. If i was looking for help with maths, I would search for "Math Help" or perhaps "Help With Mathematics". As guidance, see what Google comes up with when you search for "Math Help", then go to the top 5 sites and have a look at what they do different. In my honest opinion, few people will search for "Math Support" as such.
You can also try basic SEO. Specifically, links in from quality related sites, and links out to quality related sites. Link exchanges with quality sites, if they're willing, is a good way to get started.
I was just going to suggest you include your qualification for giving this service, but I see you did that in your "About Me" section. Perhaps try to work some of it into your main page. A friend of mine always says: "People are inherintly lazy." So if you're selling a service, make it as easy as possible for the most lazy of them to want what you can give.
