Pretty good site. I'd do away with the intro page. It doesn't serve any purposes except forcing one more click. If you were to optimize your site for search engines, the home page is the most important part that spiders see. So, you need to have as much useful content as you can on the home page.

I'd recommend having your forum index page as the home page. Good work!

I like what you have done here, your colour choices go well to-gether.
You obviouslt have a few dedicated members contributing to the forums, and from what I read it seems a friendly place to visit for the keen carp angler.

mmmm. Looks a bit dark and gloomy. How about you liven up the colour a bit.

Also, why dont you add photos of different types of fish to help beginners. You could have an online shop selling maggots and fishing equipment.
