Website Review and Suggestions

Please help me out. This site is for my wife's business. We are getting about 20 to 50 hits a day with 85 to 300 page loads. I see from the stats that people put items in the cart and just leave.

I have just changed a couple of things to help I have the cart in a new window instead of a frame in the site and we have added a toll free number.

Please be completely honest she is just really not making steedy sales.
The current site is www.palmettoemb.com and the new site I am working on is palmettoemb.easycgi.com

I am planning on moving to this new shopping cart system to get away from being locked in with the current host.

what shopping cart you use? I prefer Agorta and Cubecart. A good host will have a large selection of these and i liked the layout of your website alot. Good color scheme too.

I am currently on a branded cart from the host I think its option cart but I am really not sure so that limits on being able to customize the cart. I am moving to candypress.com it is kind of opensource asp.
