PS. Sorry the review section has a few problems with non-IE based browsers. I havent been able to fix that.

I changed the black table headers, and you where right. It looks much better.

Well, the biggest thing is you have a graphics that says Join Forum. However, it does not work. The problem with that is that I see that, not the little text link above it saying register. I would probably get disgusted and not join because it would be too much of a hassel. Either take that graphic out, or make it work.

I agree with DKasler that you need to take out "Powered by Invision Power Board" in your title unless you are required to keep that.

Another suggestion is taking out the part about what members are having birthdays today. That is too much information to put on a homepage about a user. I would not appreciate my information being used like that.

Last thing is the email when you register got filtered into my ISP junk mail box. My ISP has a spam program that prevents this type of email from being sent. You may want to try and revise this email a bit to see if you can make it less spam like. That way people actually get this information and are able to continue with the registration process.

first impression is great with that really nice banner, only problem i see is that empty space above board statistics, is that for future links?

Oooh! - nice title animation. The menu buttons at the top right are refreshingly different from the usual 'button-like' buttons you get in most forums.
