is there a program out there that is a fulling working web site builder that i can intergrate on to my site to offer to clients???
Or do i have to mke one my self?

You want to offer clients the ability to make websites from your website? On their own domains?

No, not that I know of.

There are site like free webs - and I know you can do it - but im just wondering if there are any programs done build and running that u cnaa buy!

Not as far as I'm aware. All the ones I know of are designed bespoke.

You might be able to find an extended HTML editor which works in browser... but you'd need to construct that into and an existing FTP management tool.

There are programs such as site builder that you can install, you customers go through select from templates and add their own content.
