Well, I just quickly glanced at it and here are my thoughts.
The page needs left aligned. when I pulled it up, I had to scroll to the right to see you entire site. Web surfers don't like scrolling horizontally.
Also, it appears it needs top aligned as well. The page starts about a 1/4 (or maybe less) of the way down from the top. Your best and brightest content should be above the fold.
Me personally, I don't like ads on my landing page. I try and grab the reader and then make them click on an interior page where I can throw ads in their face. Some people are turned off when they see a lot of ads on the landing page. If you have relevent and quality content, they will click to interior pages.
Also, it's my belief that if you show them a landing page without ads, you get little "trust" points with your reader. It's then easier for them to click a link of yours rather than hit the "back" button.
Just my thoughts,
Don
