Website Review and Suggestions

hi guys,

can you review my site on the basis of increasing earning potential all ads at the moment are centred around the playing windows - my aim is to generate £2000 a month but anything less will be good, so please suggest anything you can or ways of tailoring what we have to target against the video or or tags playing. thanks guys

Hey okay if I may...
It is really nice (color concept and structure) but,...
what about this space in the center? Looks quite empty to me.

What about a picture? maybe featured video? text? anything...?
Well I'm a poor designer but this is something I noticed instantly.

yes true design is very good actually! but it loads a bit slow.. :S will be VERY tough for the dial-up users, and low LAN connected users, maybe write a check code to see user's connection and show a proper layout depending on their internet speed. you could probably find one of those if you google it!

we do have one problem the conversion of the video's the time comes up alot longer than it should be even if the clips 1 min long the time will show 22 mins

Site is taking so much time to open can't understand why is this my ISP problem or its not working with every one ?
