Website Review and Suggestions

I didn't design this site, but came across it and wondered what you guys thought? It's pretty...but I think it could be "tightened up" a bit??

It's pretty, and I"m sure the designer thought he/she was being artsy with all that white space, but the home page is a disaster for SEO - there's NOTHING there ! There's nothing on 'products and services' except for a menu.. again bad SEO mojo there.

- The white menu text on the very pale blue is horrible for contrast.
- Font size is waaaay too small and some of it won't be resizeable in IE because they used pt and px for font sizing.
- The pale brown headings on sub pages is again, poor contrast and should be darker. For example, on the Glass Creations page, the 3rd header is barely visible and I have decent eyesight. Same goes for all the other 'collections'.

This designer clearly knows little about accessibility.

Their corporate profile.. 1 very short paragraph.

As you said, it's pretty, but other than that it's not great - IMHO

I like hte design but i didnt like the huge navigation in the top.. but it works but just me i didnt like it so much. but for the overall the site was kinda nice,, keep it up

I have a 22" LCD..so the 'white' area is very apparent! I like, but like one of the above posters stated, not very SEO friendly?

yaajer, i'm like you; i have a 17" monitor @ 1280 rez. that white space was lame, but once it is tighted up, looks better. I thought the header needed a sexier font, and I couldn't stand all the resizing to fit the page!!!!! The type should stack, or not...that's it!

i give it a B, b/c i think it's creative, just needed a few consitancys.

the corporate profile makes you think that it's only the one little paragraph... But you have to click on the barely noticeable white-on-light-grey links underneath the main navigation to get to the rest of the profile info...

pretty.. but barely useable navigation... and while the white space and pictures concept works great for magazine ads, people want readable, usable stuff on the front page instead of digging through links that they can barely see to find stuff...

It looks pretty nice but I feel there is too much white space in the left.
