I think the home page looks really good. Not much to say there since I really like the looks.
I suggest that you don't make titles look like links. For example, [COLOR=Blue ]@id7.com ACCOUNT FEATURES[/COLOR] is a title of a section, but it looks like a link.
The community and support forums looks like it's two different forums since the "and" is not included in the link. You might consider changing that to community/support forums so that surfers can tell it's one forum.
IMO, it's a bad reflection on the business to have a nav bar and only two buttons go to different pages. It may be that your links are not working properly, or something. But all the links on the top nav take me the pages with different names and they all look like the same page, with the exception of the signup page. The sign up page looks nothing like the other page and seems out of place. I suggest making it uniform with the other page and making a link back to the other page.
I hope that helps.
I rate the site a 5.5. It is great with the look, but needs some adjustments as noted above.

Hello Dave,
Thank you very much for the feedback. We are still working on the additional link which will be ready within a couple of hrs. I will also get some of the other issues sorted out as well.
Best Regards,

I am getting an error when I try to open your site. I will check back later as it is probably a server issue.

Hello Folks,
Adjusted a few things as suggested and completed rest of the pages. I hope it is slightly better now.
I especially need feedback on one issue, When you first visit the site, can you see a white line around the upper part of the page latest news & announcements header. I sometimes get it when I initially visit the page however it disappears after the page is reloaded or I move on to another page. Any ideas as to what this may be ?
Thanks in advance.

I remember seeing this white box around the header the first time I visited the site -- that's true. Now it is gone. Very strange.
I took a look at your markup and found the line which describes that header (broken into multiple lines here to avoid the horrible scroll bars):
Code:
<td>
<img src="images/capnews.jpg"
alt="id7.com, free mail, free email, free e-mail,
free webmail, free web mail">
</td>
I see nothing here which should alter the behavior I am seeing on this, the subsequent screen.
As for the larger site issues, I would say that you have two glaring problems -- you must either (a) build some pages very quickly to which your nav bar links; or (b) remove them. Having them link back to the front page is an advertisement to users that you are not ready for prime time. You also need to extend your formatting to your Terms and Conditions page. It is a stark divorce from your format.
Also, may I ask, was this a template?
I am perplexed at the use of a dandelion image on the front page. It might be more appropriate to pick an image relevant to email like an envelope or something similar.
Template or not, it is a nice color scheme and strong graphics.

Hello Kyrnt,
Thank you very much for the insightful feedback. Indeed I have been looking at the html code for couple of hrs now and have not been able to find anything that would cause the whie lines issues and I certainly can not understand why it disappears once the page is displayed the second time.
This was a modified template which we tailored according to our needs. We have also started to place content in the nav bar link pages, it is just that the first paragraph on each page is the same to give the prospective users reasons to sign up providing general information about the service.
We will be modifying the TOS page to go with the general feel of the site as well.
Regards,
TW

Graphics don't line up

The first and biggest thing is on a 1024x768 SR your graphics do not line up. There is a white line across the screen about 1/3 the way down from the top. Right above Lastest News & Announcements.
Other than that, I don't think there is much to say about this. Just fix the SR problems and you will have a great looking site.

I didn't notice any white line in 800x600 I don't know if that's got anything to do with the problem over all it looks to be a very nice looking site I'll have to check it out when you've got everything up and running.

Thanks for the feedback folks. I am glad that jammin411 confirmed the issue as on some occasions I also get the white line in the upper section of the page yet when I reload or visit another page, it goes away and looks quite normal.
I would really appreciate if some one can have a look at the html code for the page and see where the problem may be coming from as I have not been able to pin point the line/code/tag which may be causing this.
Best Regards,
TW

Great Looking Site TalkingWorld! The colours looks good, and are easy on the eye. Only a few things that need looking @
1) The white bar that has already been mentioned.
2) The navigation links at the top are a bit blurry - you need to try and improve the quality of the images.
3) Also do you really need the welcome txt on every page? The index and features page seem to be identical - think about differentiating them...
I'd rate the site 8/10! Good Luck!

Hello Folks,
I made a few more additions and modifications according to the feedback and suggestions provided by you. Let me know what you think.
Are you still getting the white line around the 1/3 top section of the page btw ? I have made a few changes with the code however can not confirm it has been corrected or not.
Best Regards,

I think you have hit this site on the head. The only small thing that could be done to make it better is to make the top navigation have some kind of rollover effect, but I am not docking for that as it is personal preference. Plus the site is great.
Also, it seems that you have fixed the white bar issue. Good job.

I think I found your problem

Ok, on this line
<img src="images/capnews.jpg" alt="free mail, free email, free e-mail" width="210" height="38">
instead of setting the width, try taking that out so make the code read this.
<img src="images/capnews.jpg" alt="Free Mail, Free Email, Free E-Mail" height="38">
I think what is happening is that graphics is about 1 or 2 pixels to big so the table does not know what to do. So it makes the table act funny due to the oversized graphic.
I hope this is the problem, but this is the only thing I could see that would cause this.

I just refreshed the site about 30 times, and never got the line again. That may have taken care of it. I hope so at least.

I'm on IE6 @ 800*600, and I'm getting the white bars too. Can't explain why they gradually disappear on refreshing the page though! Dead weird, eh?
The page looks great.
* The "welcome to our site" notice should be on one longer line rather than two shorter lines, if this is possible.
* The footer font is too big, and should be just one size smaller.
* The yellow/navy logo is strangely flat and plan compared to the 'radiant' images around it
*What do you mean by 'shortest' email service? Are you referring to the three letters of the domain name? If so, or if not, you should clarify.
Hope this helps,
Regards
