Your forum is pretty organized. However, I don't see how real estate and cars are related? If you're going to make a forum with a theme, I suggest you stick to stuff related to it.

You are right and that's the difficult part as the forum is part of f1trader.com
That's the place to sell bikes, boats, cars & real estate. The forum has to be an extension for the main site for all your questions and expertise.
The only other option would be buying 4 licenses to make everything seperate.... Something i don't prefer right now.
