The banner is ugly and to big (vertical-wise).
I also suggest to make the rows for each site a little smaller (again vertical-wise).

Perhaps you can add new features like 'About' , 'Suggest a site' or 'Refer this page to friends' to make your site more options for visitors

Looks like you used some free script that most of those online RPG ranking sites use. Nothing seems distinct to me. It is just a table with a bunch of shades of gray. I don't even see a logo.
