Yes, that is a lot better than the old version. I like the fact that you moved the navigation to where people can see it, and you still found a way to keep your google adwords visible as well. I also like the narrative in the body much better. It is now very readable and yet still easy to access.
The only thing I do not like about this is the rollover for your navigation buttons. I think it is the overline, and the red the color it turns. Maybe see if there is something you can do there.
Other than that, this is much better. Excellent work here.
