Ok, there are a few suggestions I have. The majority of them have all ready been brought up, but I will also state them. The biggest thing, add a logo. A website is incomplete without a logo. Also the footer text does not line up, also already stated.
Now on to things that have not been mentioned. When you click on the User Name you have to physically delete the words "User Name" in the input box, however when you click on the password, it auto deletes. Try making the password the same way.
Next, under the Electronics header, and the Misc. header, your graphics are smashed, you cannot read the information in the ad very well. Try either making a smaller gif, or try making those two sections larger for easier readability. Also some other sections make the peoples heads look distorted. That is also a must fix.
Last thing, your site has a ton of ads. I count 7 on just the homepage. Rather than having so many ads, try adding your own content there. That way people stay at your site longer, and your site does not look like a link farm.
