Ok this site is just getting going, should all be valid XHTML and CSS.

It will never be truly complete as I will be adding more tutorials when possible.

Still to come are small thumbnails for each tutorial so you can see what's happening before clicking.

Known issues is that the forum style doesn't fit in yet, but that's still to come.

Hi

The site is fairly basic - but conveys the message.

However, you need to get rid of that pop-up ad as a metter of extreme urgency!

It will only confuse and annoy people, at the very least make it smaller or have it as an exit console rather than a pop-over.

Regards

I was re-directed to an ebay special offer. If you dont know about this - then it is because you perhaps have free hosting and this is what they tend to do. You will not see it on your own PC - borrow someone elses or try deleting you rtemp internet files and cookies then view your site again.

I was unable to read any of you're text because of flashing text (ads) on right side of you're site.

Hi mate - Yeh I've received that pop up as well... it fills the whole screen - doesn't happen everytime though. Also... the edges of the logo at the top do not align with the background... otherwise it's looking good and taught me how to create cool reflected images in PS

Hermm can't understand where the pop-ups are coming from, I haven't got free hosting.

Yeh only just noticed the logo thing and menu doesn't quite work ONLY in IE! all the others display it fine.

When will Microsoft catch up? With the smaller browsers can't believe how far behind they are.

I haven't seen any flashing banners yet but all the advertising is done 3rd party, will prob change to goggle adwords.

Glad you like some of the tutorial I already have, hope to write some more soon.

You should link the titles of your articles on the landing page into hyperlinks; "read more" at the end is less natural.

I would devote less vertical space at the top of the page to your logo. Just a hair more than it needs. On that note, I like your color scheme, but the hot pink around your text doesn't work very well with the rest of the colors on the page.

In your first two articles, with Photoshop techniques, the images really stand out from the background with hard edges. I'd recommend some type of frame, ideally a small one, but since they're elements on top of the frame, you should highlight that division in an attractive way. It looks like you know PS pretty well; take one of their built-in frame actions, play with it to your taste, and set the background color to match.

I didn't get any popups or other ads.

It looks good but I think you are better off with a text menu bar because it is more search engine friendly...

Looks alright. One thing I don't like is the Adult website on the right which is hardly appropriate for the content you're providing.

Thanks for your feedback

Not sure what you mean by this? All my menu items are text?

Thanks to forrestcore for your in depth review some things I will look at.

@sittingbull I was told by the 3rd part advertiser (adbrite) that there wouldn't be any adult content advertised on the site as they don't allow it, so sorry for any offence.
