i'm not going to talk much about structure since my first impression urges me to say this:
design the website first and get relevant content, then think of extra space for the ads ... any internet user could easily see your site is mostly about the ads then the actual content. you want people with experience posting in a place like that, same people which most likely will definetly not get a great first impression. and first impressions are hard to change.

Couldn't agree more. Build your site than think of ways to blend the ads in unobtrusive ways. You don't want to chase visitors off before they have a chance to visit.

As far as structure use these forums, Digital Point and Sitepoint for inspiration. No need to copy forum for forum but you can get a good idea of which forums people will post in and which they will not.

I think that the content is rather cluttered at some places and not enough at others (disregarding the advertisements, because they have already been mentioned in the above posts)

For example, I've noticed a "2405 Unique Visits" on the bottom-left corner of pages, and also two affliate banners in the footer as well. Personally, I think this looks rather unprofessional for a site like this. For a webmaster forum, I would suggest making it as professional as you can.. and once you get a dedicated user base, then you can experiment with things that might benefit you (like ads). For the time being, you must think about the things that might benefit a user.

I knew. But now I need more visits, and I place two aff banners in my footer. If my site have enought users I will not place its in my footer. And the content will be re-arranged. Thanks.

I need someone suggest me a forum structure. When I have forum structure, Info will be filled and I think everything ok. Thanks for your suggest.
