I`ve just finished this site: http://www.acasa-nature.com/ . It's in french, so keep in mind that "maisons en bois" means "woden houses", so you get the what it's about. Any suggestions of improvment are welcome!

- at the end of top banner (on right bottom conner of it) there is missmatching of banner and background image on all pages.
over all it looks nice.! great job!

I'm not in a position to comment on the code although I'm sure it's excellent! Visually though it really works for me... great colours, picutres, layout and top banner. Loading seemed a bit slow on some pages though.
Gorgeous site ! Excellent design, very appealing, it's easy to navigate, clean and clear. EXCELLENT CODE !! It is SO nice to see clean, valid STRICT code, great job !
By the way, which variation of Lightbox are you using on your gallery. I love that up/down wipe on the Lightbox !

About the effects, is a version of lightbox rewritten by me, because, in the near future, I plan to bundle it with my jBookmarker library, so it will "remember" what picture was last selected and display it "automagically". To get the ideea about how I want the script to act, visit this site. The script there is obtrusive, but the new one will be better.
It's Effect.BlindDown from script.aculo.us. Lightbox 2 uses Effect.Appear, but you can easily change it to another. There are lots of cool effects in the script.aculo.us framework.
I think this is a lovely site. Body of the page is a tad empty but the header is gorgeous and the colors blend well.
But your images are way too big in size you should try to optimize these to get the fastest loading time you can without taking too much away from the quality.
