I'm a web developer and recently launched this website which I believe to be completely unique to the market - it allows web design companies to be rated and reviewed. So, spreading the "word of mouth" and "recommendations" concept through the web. I know there are many web design directories out there but i believe this one is unique in the services it provides. You have really nice layout. Especially, I like your logo. Colors are good.
I saw same websites a while ago, but I think the idea is still fresh.

i couldn't help but notice that all the companies are rated 5 stars... it might be easy for the company owners, or workers to increase their companies rating...

I agree, who does the rating? You want to make sure that you don't just have a ton of web designers adding their own site and giving themselves 5 stars just because it's their site. If this happens it'll be just like any other rating site. Other than that, great idea!
