I like it!

Nice use of colors and the layout is great.
Just the headings could preferibly be text instead of an image.

You can have a text heading and then add the image onto the end of it using CSS.
ie.

Code:
<style type="text/css"><!--
.h1:after {
  content: url(images/building.gif);
}
--></style>

<h1 class="h1">heading</h1>
Having text as headers will help you considerbly in SEO.
Hope that helps you out

-Brett

It's a very nice layout.
One small you might consider is to put a 1px solid border around each of the menu buttons.
Very nice.

Regards,
Insensus

I just noticed you images are PNG.

They are very big in KB, try using .gif or .jpg... same quality but smaller size.

fonts are WAY to big. That image of the city scape was kinda lame. Maybe distress the edges a bit so everything isn't so perfectly square?

I'm getting a page not displayed error. Hopefully it's me and not the website.

The site looks very nice, a very Web 2.0 style design. I don't see the purpose for the miniature cityscape icon after all your header text. Also, the text seems very large, especially with what color it is. I also noticed you didn't have a footer, where I would put a copyright and other general information. Not required, but it seems to be a standard in web design.

I like it, except for the top menu above the header... the bevel just seems early 90s to me. I like the colors, buildings in the header and the "overlapping" horizontal pieces.

Wow! I really like this!

The only tiny little thing that i have to suggest is that you make the entire page a few pixels less wide so as to remove the horizontal scroll.

Other than that, design-wise this is the best site I've reviewed

Well Done!

A very nice site!

I love the colours, they work well together.
I like the idea of the little city logo after every heading, makes it stick in your mind so you will reconise it in any other advertising that you may do.

But yeah, I would be converting the PNGs to GIFs for sure. Would load the site much, much faster!

Personally, I don't like black background, with white words.
