Website Review and Suggestions

I've been working on this site for a while, and would like a review of the general design. There is a large amount of content not yet created, so some of the functionality is lacking, but here it is:

I hate it when someone wants a site review, especially when they say..."There is a large amount of content not yet created, so some of the functionality is lacking" ... so, what's the purpose of looking if a large amount isn't finished?

...banging head on keyboard, screaming -- WHY; WHY WHY???!!!...

Theres no harm in asking someone to review their progress on a site - cut him some slack.

I think the site is very well made from a design POV. The only thing I wasn't 100% sure on was the rollover buttons at the top. The colours are a little iffy but thats a minor criticism.

If you can make the search work well then that will be a very good site
