Hello everyone,

Last night I put together a simple layout for my photography portfolio. No links are currently active, but the front page is complete as far as the design is concerned. I wanted to get some feedback on the design; or more specifically the menu and the color change option (upper right).

I fear it may be too blah.... and not very attractive. I will truly appreciate any feedback you are willing to provide me.

Thanks,

Bryce

Awesome photography.
Site seems to load very slow and there doesnt appear to be much there.

I think you should change the menu to run across the page instead of a drop down.

COlours look good!~

I knew the menu would be the problem... thanks to all you reviewed my site. I plan on changing the menu system tonight, and will let you know when this has occurred. Hopefully those troubled by the menu would be kind enough to review the site again once the change is made (hint).

Also charlesgan, would you be kind enough to let me know what browser you use? I would truly appreciate it.

Thank you everyone,

Bryce

i think it's ok. Click the color, view the color scheme...cute, but i'm gonna expect more when the site's complete.

Might i suggest a horizontal menu along the bottom that doesn't need a drop down?

one more suggestion, instead of so many gray fields, maybe break up one of the grays with some short vertical lines? something subtle to add a bit of flare

Simple navigation and fast-loading is best in photography websites, it keeps them looking at what's important.

One thing that I guess was mentioned before, logos & menus at the bottom always kind of bug me...

Really nice photos though, keep it up.

Wow - this took a while to load! That needs sorting.

I agree with the general opinions here - menu needs sorting and awesome photography!

Sort that stuff out and this'll be a great site!
