The first thing I notice is even on a high speed connection, that flash presentation took a long time to load, about 15 seconds. I would hate to be on dial up for that. Then once it did load, it was not that impressive. You could probably do the same thing in a gif and speed up the load times a bit. The flash presentation is rough around the edges. It looks like you realized that it took a long time to load so you bumped down the quality to speed it up.
The other thing I noticed rather quickly is that you have more links at the bottom of your page than at the top. Try swapping those around and giving your visitors the navigation first off. That way they do not have to scroll if they are looking for a specific item.
In the body of your page, rather that having that large column for your search box and ad, try making that column smaller so your main column can have more room. After all, the actual content is why people visit your site anyway.
On this page: http://www.beta-theta.com/News.html your navigation is only 3 buttons in the left column that say page 1 2 & 3. I am not sure if you meant to do this, but that does need fixed. In addition this page has a ton of ads. Mostly from google. I cannot blame you for putting this many google ads as it can be good money, but think about your visitor. It is really kind of overwhelming to see that. Also, the flash animation seems to need to load on every page, because it is different on every page. A 10-15 second wait is just unacceptable for this quality of flash.
Other than this, there is not much else. You do have good content and seem to know how to keep me interested. It took me about an hour to write this review because I was getting involved in your site. Just work out the wrinkles and you will have a top notch site.
