The design isn't attractive enough. I can't tell you what exactly to improve because you might even need a whole new design.
Bug: The video watching isn't working.

Yeah I really don't care for it.. My initial impression was confusion. A very bland page with some links scattered about. You need some graphic work. If you'd like I could lend my services for a very reasonable price. I can link you to a body of work that i've done. If you're interested PM me for further details.

move the 'New video' table to left and the 'popular' table to right then it would look better and you may add some background color to the table above 'popular'

The aqua/green color is unattractive. I'm also getting "no record".

Looks a bid plaid to me :S

Also, you have the hostmonster.com favicon up there, might want to change that.
