The look is okay, but like a lot of sites you spent a bit too much time on the look and not quite enough time on the facts and functionality.
Your poll is inaccurate. Garcia signed with Tampa Bay.

I also got some message saying I wasn't authorised to view this resource, that I need to login. What resource, though? (It's right under the poll.) Is it something important? Is it just an error? (Seriously, I don't know.)
You've got a weird flicker thing going on with the flash animation in IE6, and the Lovie Signs portion led to a 404 error.
I'd use that blue and orange gradient that you use on the forums for the BG across the site, and then keep the middle section white with black text (you could use blue and orange for headers/subheaders). It'd look nicer and be easier to read.
The links on the right for Coast to Coast/Barry's Tickets look really spammy to me. It looks like a cheap SEO trick to me. If you want to plug their stuff, that's fine, but do it in a way that's user-friendly. For example, you could do something like this:
Quote:
Coast to Coast Tickets- Chicago Bears Tickets
- Minnesota Vikings Tickets
- Green Bay Packers Tickets

It'd just look a lot nicer.
The news feeds look like default Joomla news feeds. The idea's good, but if you're going to have news, either have Bears news or at least NFL news in general. In other words, have news feeds that relate to your site's topic.
Same thing goes with your links section. You can link to things like NFL.com, ESPN.com, EmmittSmith.com (greatest running back EVER, by the way!), things like that.
I don't normally like Flash sounds to play in the background of a page, but that We Da Bears song kicks ***. So I'm gonna allow that...but others may not. May want some more tracks, though.
I'm nitpicking for the most part with this sort of thing, for those people who might think I am (yeah, you're right). But the reason I'm doing it is because other people will too. Better if I do it and tell you than if other people do it and won't (or tell you by not coming back.)
