Ok. My opinion is that there is too much text on the page, especially on the top there...

I personally don't like websites where everything is displayed on a long long page. Typically when I see this kind of pages I leave them very fast. At least that's me.

I won't start about the content.
The layout looks pretty ok to me.
Only 'ugly' thing is the red cross over the man and your 'Order Now' button.

Less text and more coloums. Even a few more pictures would be nice.

Looks like spam. Don't change a thing - that might make it look legitimate. Throw in a few animated gifs with flashing lights.
