The last site is nothing more than a get-rich-quick-and-lazy site that is destined to fail. It has no real theme and consists of what appear to be a bunch of affiliate links that don't have a common connection other than that they're...well, affiliate links.
There's no flow, no consistency, the fonts keep changing, the affiliate programs keep changing, the layout keeps changing, and you misspelled "Google". Personally, I'd just scrap this site...any money you make off of it will be a fluke.
As far as Article-Gems is concerned, there's not much there either. The only difference between it and your other site is that it has a consistent layout throughout (but that's only because you're using the Article Dashboard software that thousands of other article sites used.) There's nothing unique or original about what you're doing.
If you want a site to do well, you have to make it different. You have to make it stand out among the millions of other sites out there. And these sites simply don't do that.
